Welcome to Zeniths, a premium movie puzzle gaming application. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

You may NOT:

• Share your account with others
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the app

Zeniths offers coin purchases to enhance your gaming experience. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system.

Purchase Terms:

• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable
• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be transferred to other users
• We reserve the right to modify coin values or pricing
• Unused coins may expire if your account becomes inactive

For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through the App Store, as they handle all payment processing.

You agree to use Zeniths responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or damage the app
• Using third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• Engaging in activities that could harm other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the app

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

All content in Zeniths, including but not limited to graphics, puzzles, music, and user interface elements, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Movie images and content used in puzzles are used under appropriate licensing agreements or fair use provisions. If you believe any content infringes your rights, please contact us immediately.

Zeniths is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
• Preservation of game data or progress
• Availability of the service at all times

We recommend regularly backing up your device to preserve game progress.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeniths and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to Zeniths shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the app.

Your continued use of Zeniths after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
